The second project manager was very unorganized and slow to respond. He kept forgetting details about the project, was very unorganized, and could not explain how the insurance process worked. During the entire project I needed to stay on top of the project manager and make sure he delivered what we agreed.
For my roofing project, the wrong color shingles were installed. The team did eventually install the correct shingles, but again this caused more delays and inconvenience. Also, the cleanup from shingling was very poor. Nails and metal pieces have been found on my lawn for months.
The siding project was mostly well done. However, the air vents for my attic were not properly installed and fell off within days. I have been trying to reach the Midwest team for months and have received no response. Fair warning to anyone considering Midwest – do not make your final payment until you have inspected everything. They took my money and did not complete the work.
