We are extremely happy with the new roof that **Midwest Roof & Solar** installed. Working with **Erik** was a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the project, and made sure everything was done right.

The installation crew was hardworking, courteous, and completed the job with excellent craftsmanship. They paid close attention to every detail and left our property clean when they were finished.

Always a Pleasure working with Cody Valley at Midwest Roof and Solar. He has now done multiple of my roofs and they always provide excellent service. This last roof was done two weeks after the final cost was agreed upon. They showed up on a Saturday and had my roof done by lunchtime and it looks phenomenal. The cleanup job, and the care they showed for my property was top notch.

Amazing experience and quality of work. We had been struggling to work with another company, and these kind folks stepped in and got the job done so quickly and efficiently. The point of contact was Jayden, and he could not have been easier to work with. The price was fair, and he helped us add gutters to our original repair order. I really wanted to like Midwest Roof and Solar after doing research about the best places for roofing and siding. But overall, it was a rough experience. At the beginning, the project manager changed, and no one contacted me for over a month. I had to call and email many times before another project manager finally followed up.

The second project manager was very unorganized and slow to respond. He kept forgetting details about the project, was very unorganized, and could not explain how the insurance process worked. During the entire project I needed to stay on top of the project manager and make sure he delivered what we agreed.
For my roofing project, the wrong color shingles were installed. The team did eventually install the correct shingles, but again this caused more delays and inconvenience. Also, the cleanup from shingling was very poor. Nails and metal pieces have been found on my lawn for months.

The siding project was mostly well done. However, the air vents for my attic were not properly installed and fell off within days. I have been trying to reach the Midwest team for months and have received no response. Fair warning to anyone considering Midwest – do not make your final payment until you have inspected everything. They took my money and did not complete the work.

I used Midwest for a roof replacement after storm damage this spring. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed of everything at each step of the process. The project manager was punctual for each meeting and the installation happened just as he described it would. The materials were dropped off on schedule, the crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day. Very happy with the experience.
